Decoro's color coded takeoffs take the uncertainty out of the estimating process. Submitted with every bid, estimators are able to quickly identify scope discrepancies and validate material quantities. Paired with our ability to recommend viable value-engineering options, estimators have the tools they need to confidently bid every project.

We understand the pressure on project managers to hit aggressive construction deadlines. Our weekly production updates take the unknown out of your order status, proactively over-communicating the status of submittals, production, and material deliveries, as well as the critical path items to keep production on schedule.

With its often elaborate scopes, exterior trim can be confusing. We take the guesswork out of installation. Every product ships with a custom QR code that links to the product submittals, installation instructions, and a product specific material takeoff so installers in the field know what goes where and how to install it.
