Decoro Building Products is proud to have contributed to the Newbury of Brookline, a senior living development situated in Brookline’s historic Fisher Hill neighborhood. Designed by renowned architects Robert A.M. Stern in collaboration with Finegold Alexander, this upscale residential community redefines luxury senior living.
Decoro provided the extensive exterior trim & millwork scope for the 200,000 square foot development, including the columns & pilasters, gooseneck railings, custom lattice panels, and window shutters. Using durable materials such as cellular PVC, fiberglass, and GFRC, Decoro’s classic trim detailing gives the residences a distinctly New England feel – while also ensuring long-lasting performance in New England’s unpredictable climate.
The result is a development that not only reflects the charm and rich traditions of Brookline’s surrounding neighborhoods, but also delivers the durability and level of quality expected in a luxury community.
